THE GLEN IS A LIVING-LEARNING
ENVIRONMENT, MADE ESPECIALLY FOR STUDENTS!
We want your college student to be successful throughout their career at California State University-San Bernardino. They need a good foundation and support to gain this success. At The Glen, we want to help support their productivity by giving them a fully equipped computer lab and study lounge at their fingertips. We want to keep them healthy with an on-site 24-hour state-of-the-art fitness center. We also want to help them relax and meet their neighbors by providing then with academic-oriented luxury lounge areas located around the property. The Glen meets every need that your student will have while in college so they can achieve what they came here for in an enjoyable atmosphere.
INDIVIDUAL HOUSING CONTRACTS
Individual housing contracts mean peace of mind for you. Your financial responsibility is only for your student's space, unlike many rooms for rent or houses where a joint housing contract is signed. If a roommate transfers to another school or moves out of The Glen for any reason, you do not have to worry about having to cover their portion of the installment payments. This is just another reason why The Glen is a CSUSB student's best housing option!
ON-SITE PROFESSIONAL STAFF
Our maintenance staff will respond to your student's maintenance issues quickly and professionally. The Glen offers 24-hour emergency maintenance as well so that your student's comfort is not affected.
AFFORDABLE FLOORPLANS
The Glen has spacious floorplan options so students can easily find one to suit their needs. We have 5-bedroom townhomes that have available 1-bedroom units on the bottom floor. They each have their own bedroom and bathroom. Your student's installments payments include utilities (electric with a cap, water, sewer, trash), cable, wired and WiFi internet, furniture, access to The Glen amenities, and so much more!
FULLY FURNISHED
The Glen is a fully-furnished community, saving you money! Each student will have a full-sized bed, end table, large desk and chair, dresser, full-sized closet, and a private bathroom. The living area comes with a comfortable couch, chair, end table, and TV stand. The kitchen comes fully equipped with granite countertops, energy efficient appliances, full-sized refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, and washer & dryer.
ROOMMATE MATCHING
If your student does not have a roommate in mind, we can find them one! Each roommate will fill out a Roommate Matching form so that we know what they are looking for in a roommate. During the summer, we spend weeks looking at these preferences and matching them up with the best person we can find!
RESIDENT EVENTS TO KEEP STUDENTS INVOLVED
While the main focus of your student's college career will be about graduating and getting a fulfilling job, they also need to have fun along the way. At The Glen, your student will create lifelong relationships and connections that will make them even more successful. Our great staff plans monthly resident events to get them involved. These events range from pizza parties to karaoke nights, from resume building classes to gaming tournaments. Annually, The Glen will have events such as a Welcome Back Party at the beginning of the fall semester, a Casino Night at the beginning of the spring semester, and a large competition amongst the residents and staff, as well as, many holiday events throughout the year. We will also keep out residents connected to events going on at California State University-San Bernardino, as well as, events happening around town so they don't miss anything! We want your student to succeed, and that's why we thought of them while designing The Glen as a Living-Learning environment!
